Today is the last short-CES-day. While getting coffee downstairs, there were already many people to see who stood in line for the elevator. The weekend is coming. Perhaps many hi-fi enthusiasts who combine a day of CES with a weekend in Las Vegas? It is the first time CES also allows non-business visitors. Time will tell. Yesterday we heard in the corridors that this schedule from Tuesday to Friday 3 3 year or next year to maintain. During the day there was indeed still a constant stream of visitors, although it was difficult to interpret whether the dealer, distributor, manufacturer or private individual had. The last day is always a kwakkeldag anyway, sometimes with an unexpected peak in the form of a distributor to us at the last minute, sometimes after hours, "discovered". Today was-happy-no different.

Concluding it was for us back certainly worthwhile. Audio Research brought a nice surprise in the form of the Reference DAC once already WHAT HI * FI CES Award. Sonus faber in the U.S. also has the audiophile minds with Aida quite busy. And now we knew the home to surprise with some nice Sonus faber Guarneri Guarneri and Amati Evolution futura orders. Krell finally showed us the new S-550i Integrated Amplifier seen as the Phantom III preamp. Who won, just like the Audio Research Reference DAC WHAT a * Hi FI CES Award. Audia now has the wonderful Strumento No. 1 Strumento Reference Preamplifier and Power Amplifier Reference No. 4 fully and so soon in our theater! Dan D'Agostino managed to surprise us with the black version of its Momentum mono amps, not to mention a first acquaintance with the Momentum Momentum stereo preamp and power amp. Copland was the new CTA506, an amplifier equipped with KT120 power tubes. These tubes can-if you so choose, as a designer almost 30% more power compared to the KT88. Vienna-little further-was regularly complimented on our Vienna KISS combined with the Mystère preamp and power amp. Sea Dart had no new material, but gave us understanding what they are doing. In Playback Designs we found out that our last order "disappeared" was a spam filter or something. But now we came back "on top" to lie So Rob ... not immediately despair.

Mystère was this time no new models, but PrimaLuna yielded enough material for discussion with the DiaLogue Premium Integrated Amplifier (proudly upside down, open and expose his / her inside showed) and the ProLogue CD Player, who throughout the show-room with of music. Mostly from CD and partly from the laptop. Old times, new times. It looks that year 2012 for the production side of our business much in store. Hopefully many good things we at the next CES can look back with satisfaction!

We gladly reported realize that it was less thorough and detailed as last year, but still hope that we have a number of people have done a favor! Finally some pictures of things we latter day have thought of. Hope to 2013 CES in Las Vegas!
